For Rabobank, we have completed and been working on several projects:

Process management for a large Mobile Payment project in Leiden (2013-2014)

Project IDeal mobile payments with bol.com, Thuisbezorgd.nl and MyOrder (2012)

Mobile strategy and roadmap (2011-2012 and 2014)

our approach

We started off by clarifying goals and value-add for the organization, followed by translating customer needs into use cases before coming to a project approach. In our pov, combining financial industry expertise, mobile technology expertise and appropriate consultancy skillsets need to be combined to ensure success. You will find the approach for each individual project described below.

the outcome

Here’s the result of each project:

* Successful launch of Mobile Payment in Leiden at 150 merchants and 1000 customers.

* Roll-out of Mobile payments in Leiden to a solution that is rolled-out throughout the country

* Successful iDeal Mobile pilot with Bol.com, Thuisbezorgd.nl and MyOrder;  resulting in launching iDeal Mobile the year after

* Mobile strategy and roadmap creation

NS (Dutch Railways) asked us to define what the role of mobile could be in the customer journey

our approach

QiQQER developed a mobile strategy for NS by organizing joint workshops, in which the latest mobile trends were presented. Subsequently joint opportunities and threats were detected using Business Model Canvas.

For the actual development of the new services, we defined the specifications and architecture with the back-end processes. Also, we accompanied the UX design, selected vendors, tested the solution and launched Reisplanner Xtra. Supporting the related organizational transformation was part of the assignment as well.

the outcome

QiQQER developed a mobile strategy and the resulting mobile media. The strategy included a multi device and channel approach, being the creation of a mobile internet site (mobiel.ns.nl), the mobile app ReisplannerXtra and an SMS service. QiQQER played a major role in the development of the Reisplanner Xtra (native on all available OS ‘s).

Can QiQQER do project management for the development of a new E-Commerce platform and website?

our approach

For Suitsupply, we project managed the new website www.suitsupply.com, all the way from initiation to implementation. We selected suppliers, including the Demandware platform, the payment service provider Adyen, the system integrator Mirabeau and supply chain vendors. Our project management approach was done across all vendors and the internal Suitsupply project team.

the outcome

www.suitsupply.com. From initiation to implementation in many countries. The website is a multi-channel solution with adaptive design, suitable for desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone. Major enhancements are the new look and feel, tailored advice, dynamic merchandizing, analytics, multiple languages, currencies, countries, fast checkout and pick up in the store. The site is built on the Demandware platform and ready for future international growth and increased conversion.

QiQQER supported Bugaboo in multiple ways:

* Project management for the new bugaboo.com branded and commerce website (2013-2014)

* Scrummaster bugaboo.com (2014)

* Project management UAT for the e-commerce website (2012)

our approach

QiQQER created a project plan together with the internal project team and supported the creation of specs, vendor selection and definition of the API service-oriented architecture. During the development phase, we not only delivered project management services but also supported the Bugaboo internal team with their specific roles.

the outcome

A globally rolled-out, responsive, multi channel solution, based on an API oriented architecture with adaptive design. The site is built on the Intershop commerce platform, Hippo CMS and fully integrated with back-end systems. Ready for the future, with further international growth and higher conversion.

For MyOrder we have implemented a new platform that brings retailers and consumers together with relevant offers across industries. We also help MyOrder with Google Glass applications, iBeacon applications and mobile payment.

the outcome

The launch of the completely new commercial platform “Sidekick” for MyOrder. Sidekick is a retailer app which connects consumers and retailers by providing relevant offers. It essentially is a tablet application for the retailer that shows consumers within reach to whom they can propose individual coupons. In Leiden, 30 retailers participated in the trial.

How can mobile support Bruna to reach their cross-channel objectives?

our approach

We hosted multiple workshops with 6-8 internal stakeholders. QiQQER inspired them by addressing the latest mobile trends and developments. We jointly made a SWOT analysis to address strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threaths. After that, we mapped the consumer journey and analyzed internal data to assess strategic opportunities.

 

the outcome

A cross channel strategic plan that contributes to the overall business targets and a roadmap for the implementation of mobile services.
