Increasingly, we help companies to be more agile and more customer oriented by implementing Lean-Agile working companywide (Scaled Agile). This means a change at all levels of the organization. During the initial design phase we help to define the value streams with design workshops. Teams are divided by market, product or component optimized for minimized dependencies between teams and Agile teams of teams (trains). Then we start the actual transformation in a small part of the organization. QiQQER helps with Scaled Agile training and Agile coaches. The implemented processes and events are dependent on the chosen Scaled Agile framework LeSS, SAFe, SoS, Nexus). During the first trial, we can continuously improve so that the roll-out can be successfully applied to the rest of the organization gradually.
In the Netherlands, Philips implemented the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe with very successful results: the average release cycle has gone from 18 to 6 months, processes and tools are now widely adapted and the quality has improved. In addition, the predictability become so much bigger even release on demand is possible! For this, approximately 1,300 people are formally trained and certified in Agile and SAFe.
